Privacy Policy

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our service, and the privacy choices you have.

Soundwave Digital LLC ("Soundwave Digital," "we," "us") operates soundwavedigital.com and provides managed programmatic advertising services to brands and agencies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you contact us (through our contact form, by email, or by phone) we collect the details you provide — typically your name, company, work email, phone number, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to you and to manage our business relationship.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers collect certain information automatically when you visit — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the site — using cookies and similar technologies. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the site.

Advertising data we process for clients

As a programmatic advertising agency, we process pseudonymous advertising data (such as cookie IDs, mobile advertising IDs, and browsing, geographic, demographic, and purchase-based audience segments) to plan, deliver, and measure campaigns on behalf of our clients. Our proprietary Amplifi™ platform uses first-party anonymized panel data alongside PII-compliant data available through vetted partners such as TransUnion, Experian, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and provide our services to clients.
  • To plan, buy, deliver, measure, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
  • To build and model audiences (including lookalike audiences) using pseudonymous identifiers.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and platform.
  • To comply with legal obligations and industry self-regulation.

How we share information

We share data with service providers who support our operations (hosting, analytics, email), with advertising platforms and data partners as needed to run client campaigns, and where required by law. We follow IAB and DAA self-regulatory protocol and work with site-verification partners to keep ad inventory brand-safe.

Cookies & interest-based advertising choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising at any time through the industry opt-out tools:

Your privacy rights

Our data and cookie tracking practices are designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. To make a request, email welcome@soundwavedigital.com — we will verify and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
